The boy created this today and wants to make sure it makes it to Pinterest, so here we go. :)
2 lbs ground beef

Preheat oven to 350*. Mix all ingredients together. Place in sprayed pan. Shape into a loaf. Pour salsa or enchilada sauce over the top. (We did half and half to see which we liked better. It was a tie. Next time, we’ll do both!) Put in oven until temperature hits 170*, about an hour and a half.

2 cans Rotel
1 small can

(or a large can, and use half to pour over the top)
